What it is really like.

Developed by Anthem, Wedderburn sits just north of Suntree and east of D'Arcy, right off Northridge Drive and Highway 2A. When it is complete, the community is planned for roughly 1,200 homes, with a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and condos from Anthem's builder group.

Lawrie Park, the condo collection on Banister Drive, has made Wedderburn one of the most accessible ways into a brand-new Okotoks home, while the detached streets attract growing families and buyers moving up. Groceries, coffee and everyday errands at D'Arcy Crossing are minutes away.
