What it is really like.

Suntree, Sunset and Tower Hill sit in north Okotoks, between D'Arcy and Crystal Shores and just south of Wedderburn. These are established neighbourhoods where the trees have had time to grow and many homes have been lovingly updated.

Sunset, with streets like Sunset Crescent and Sunset Place, sits right alongside Suntree. It is a little newer than Suntree but shares the same mature, established feel, on lots that are not quite as large.

Good Shepherd School is currently in Suntree, but it is relocating to D'Arcy shortly. If school matters for your move, TJ will help you confirm the current school for any address.

They are a favourite with families who want a settled street and a big yard, and with buyers moving up who would rather have character and space than a brand-new build.
