Love Coming Home...
Moving to a new province is a big leap. You are choosing a new community, new schools and a new way of life, often from hundreds of kilometres away. TJ makes it feel a whole lot smaller.
Many of the families she helps are moving here to be closer to children and grandchildren, chasing more space and mountain views, or following a career to Calgary. Whatever brings you to Alberta, you will have someone local who knows these communities by heart and will treat your move like her own family's.

Where Will You Call Home?
Part of relocating well is choosing the right community before you choose the house. TJ will help you compare them honestly, including the things a listing will never tell you.
A friendly town with a strong sense of community, beautiful river pathways, great schools and an easy drive to Calgary. Family homes, bungalows and condos in established and newer neighbourhoods.
Okotoks homes ›A major city with big-city careers, an international airport and every amenity, plus neighbourhoods that range from inner-city character homes to quiet south Calgary communities.
Calgary homes ›Room to breathe, mountain views and country living within reach of town. Ideal for families who want space, horses, a shop or simply a little more privacy.
Foothills acreages ›A welcoming small town south of Okotoks with a charming downtown, good value and a relaxed pace of life.
High River homes ›Black Diamond and Turner Valley, now one community at the doorway to the mountains, with small-town charm and Kananaskis adventures close by.
Diamond Valley homes ›That is completely normal. Tell TJ how you want your days to feel, and she will narrow it down with you before you ever book a flight.

In The Globe and Mail's ranking of Canada's most livable cities, Okotoks came out on top in Alberta. It is easy to see why: Sheep River valley pathways, Foothills and Rocky Mountain views, a genuinely welcoming community and Calgary close enough for work and weekend plans.
The Sheep River and the rail line naturally divide Okotoks into north and south, with the historic downtown at its heart. Most neighbourhoods are only five to ten minutes apart, yet each has its own personality. Understanding the layout early makes a relocation search so much easier.
The commuter's choice. Closest to Calgary with quick access to Highway 2 and 2A. Wedderburn, D'Arcy Ranch, Air Ranch, Mountainview, Suntree, Tower Hill, Downey, Crystal Shores, Crystal Green and Drake Landing.
Charm and pathways. Olde Towne's walkable boutiques, restaurants and character homes, plus mature, treed streets along the Sheep River pathway system.
Room to choose. Home to Cimarron, the town's largest community, with sectors from townhomes to executive estates, plus Woodhaven and easy access to shopping, High River and Diamond Valley.
Air RanchCustom luxury homes around a private airpark, one of a kind in Alberta. Some properties have hangars with taxiway access.
Westmount EstatesExecutive family homes walking distance to Westmount School and shopping, some with mountain views.
Green Haven EstatesAcreage-style living on half acre-plus lots just outside town, with wells, septic and views over Okotoks.
Crystal ShoresOkotoks' only lake community, with swimming and paddleboarding in summer and skating in winter.
Cimarron EstatesExecutive homes on oversized lots with mature landscaping, some backing onto Cimarron Pond.
D'Arcy RanchNewer north-end builds, including estate homes backing onto the D'Arcy Ridge Golf Course.
