What it is really like.
On the northeast side of Okotoks, the Air Ranch blends two very different feels. The west side has tall, mature trees, huge lots and one-of-a-kind custom homes. The east side, Ranchers' Rise, offers newer homes along pathways, parks and a pond, with many enjoying views of the Rockies.
It is a quiet, private part of town that still keeps you close to the Okotoks Recreation Centre, Drake Landing and an easy route north to Calgary. For buyers who want estate living without leaving town, the Air Ranch belongs on the short list.
