This 1500 square foot, 1996 built, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, bungalow sits on 20 acres of valuable Alberta Prairie, with outstanding views of the Rocky Mountains. This home is super solid, very well built, but it needs some TLC. This fixer upper needs a new deck and exterior stairs, and the main floor is in need of a cosmetic facelift.
